- What is HaulerBase?
- HaulerBase is white-label booking software for moving companies. It collects a household inventory from your customer, prices it against your rates, books the move and captures the deposit — running on your own website under your own brand.See the products
- Do my customers see the HaulerBase name?
- No. Every page, email and document your customer receives carries your logo, your colors and your company name. HaulerBase is the engine behind it, not a brand your customer interacts with.
- Does HaulerBase replace my CRM?
- No. HaulerBase handles the intake-to-booking pipeline and hands the result to whatever you already run. Reservations, quotes and inventory can be pushed to your CRM through webhooks or read through the API.Developer surface

Inventory and pricing

- How does the inventory get collected?
- Your customer opens a link on their phone and walks their home room by room. They can photograph items, record video or type them in. Photos and video are read into itemized lines the customer confirms, and every line resolves to a canonical cube, weight and handling class through the HaulerBase Inventory Standard.HaulerBase Inventory™
- How is the price calculated?
- From your own numbers. You configure lane rates, minimums, service add-ons and margins. The pricing engine takes the cubic volume of the confirmed inventory plus the qualification answers — distance, access, stairs, dates, services — and returns a priced quote. - What happens to a quote after it is sent?
- Quotes are versioned and carry an expiry date. If the inventory or the service selection changes, a new version is issued and the customer sees which one they are accepting. Superseded versions stay on the record.

Booking and payment

- Can a move book without anyone reviewing it?
- Yes, when you allow it. The confidence engine scores each submitted inventory on how complete and internally consistent it is. Sessions above the threshold you set book automatically; the rest go to a review queue for a person to approve, adjust or decline.HaulerBase Reserve™
- Where does the deposit money go?
- Into your own Stripe account. HaulerBase creates the checkout and records the payment against the reservation. Funds settle to you on your Stripe payout schedule.
- Is the signature legally binding?
- The agreement is signed electronically in the same flow as the booking, and the signed document, the signer details and the timestamp are stored on the reservation record.

Installing it

- Where can I put the booking flow?
- On your own website, on WordPress, on Wix, inside GoHighLevel, behind a Facebook or Google Ads campaign link, in any email you already send, or on a QR code printed on a truck or a yard sign. Every channel reports its own attribution.
- Do I need a developer to install it?
- No. The hosted booking link works with no site changes at all — you send it. The website widget is a single snippet you paste once. A developer is only needed if you want the API or webhooks.
- Can the booking flow run on my own domain?
- Custom domains are included with HaulerBase Enterprise™. On other plans the flow runs on a HaulerBase-hosted address that still carries your branding throughout.HaulerBase Enterprise™

Plans and billing

- Is there a free trial?
- Yes. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial. We take a card to open the trial, but nothing is charged until it ends, and you can cancel at any time before then.
- Which plan should I start on?
- Start with HaulerBase Inventory™ if the problem is getting an accurate list of what is moving. Start with HaulerBase Estimate™ if you already have inventory but quoting is slow. Start with HaulerBase Reserve™ if you want customers to book, sign and pay a deposit without a phone call.Compare plans
- Can I change plans later?
- Yes. Plans can be changed at any time, and the capabilities available to your account follow the plan immediately. Your data stays where it is.
- What is the included storage for?
- Customer photos, video, signed agreements and generated documents. Each plan includes an allowance, and additional storage packs are available if you exceed it.See what each plan includes
