They open the link on their phone and are taken straight into the inventory walkthrough. There is nothing to install and no account to create. Your logo, your colours and your company name are on every page; HaulerBase is not named anywhere in the flow.

Where the link goes
- In a reply to an inbound enquiry, while the lead is still warm.
- In any campaign or transactional email you already send.
- Behind a QR code on a truck, a yard sign or a leave-behind card.
- On a social profile or a listing where you cannot embed anything.
- As a per-campaign link so paid traffic can be traced through to booked moves.
Section 03
Link or widget
Use the hosted link when the customer is not on your website — a call you could not take, an ad, a printed code. Use the widget when they already are, so they never leave the page they landed on. Both run the same flow against the same rates, and you can run both at once.
