Section 01
What the agreement is built from
The agreement is generated from the confirmed inventory and the accepted quote version rather than assembled by hand. Nothing is re-keyed between what the customer agreed to and what they sign, which removes the most common source of a dispute on move day.
Section 02
The signature record
The signature is captured electronically in the same flow as the booking. The signed document, the signer details and the timestamp are stored on the reservation record, so the evidence sits with the move rather than in an email thread.
Section 03
The deposit
- The payment runs through Stripe Checkout, hosted by Stripe.
- It is captured on your own Stripe account, not on a HaulerBase account.
- Funds settle to you on your own Stripe payout schedule.
- The payment is recorded against the reservation, so the booking and the money are one record.
Deposits collected from your moving customers are your revenue, never HaulerBase revenue. Your HaulerBase subscription is billed separately.
Section 04
After it books
A booked reservation produces a work order built from the confirmed inventory, a crew-side view of the load for move day, and a reservation the customer can track from a portal of their own.
