Users, seats and who can do what

Each HaulerBase plan includes a fixed number of owner and staff seats, and additional staff seats are available as an add-on. What a team member can actually do is decided by the role they are given: a role carries a set of permissions, and those permissions decide which screens and actions they see.

Section 01

Seats included with each plan

  • HaulerBase Inventory™ — 1 owner seat and 2 staff seats included.
  • HaulerBase Estimate™ — 1 owner seat and 5 staff seats included.
  • HaulerBase Reserve™ — 1 owner seat and 10 staff seats included.
  • HaulerBase Enterprise™ — owner and staff seats are agreed as part of the plan.

Additional staff seats are available as an add-on if you need more than the plan includes.

Section 02

Roles and permissions

Team members are invited to your account and assigned a role. A role is a named set of permissions, and permissions are what actually gate the screens and actions available — so changing what a role can do changes it for everyone holding that role.

Give coordinators the permissions they need to work the review queue and nothing more. Owner-level access should stay with the people who are accountable for rates and billing.

Section 03

More than one branch

Multiple locations arrive with HaulerBase Enterprise™. Each branch carries its own rates, staff, permissions and reporting inside one account, rather than requiring a separate account per location.
